Upchurch Commons is a 19,400 SF retail and office space infill project near NC Highway 55 (W. Williams Street) which is the main north-south collector located in Apex. Peak was involved with the project from the initial zoning through final stormwater/utility certifications and as-builts. The project is a two story building with contractor basement area with first floor streetfront access. The property is located in Apex’s Small Town Character Overlay District and was tastefully designed to meet additional architectural and pedestrian standards.
