The 69-lot townhome project in northeast Apex is located along a major commuter corridor from Apex to Cary. The project includes townhomes for a national homebuilder. Peak provided full Civil Engineering design services, including zoning; annexation; master subdivision plan design and approval; construction documents; off-site infrastructure improvements; a CSX railroad sanitary sewer utility crossing; pump station removal; NCDOT road widening plans and permitting; landscaping design; construction administration; final as-builts; and project certifications.
