Peak (Engineering & Design) is thrilled to assist Peak (City Church) in looking to expand their offerings by putting down roots in the Friendship Community of Apex. With a site evaluation of a 22-acre assembly, Peak (Engineering) evaluated the property to determine the highest-and-best use for the property. The evaluation identified site features, access, stormwater, utility, and building requirements for future development of the property. The goal is for an 850-seat gathering space and future day care facility to serve the growing Friendship area population.
