810 Lufkin Road was an existing printing facility which has been converted to a warehouse and shipping/receiving building. The project scope included the addition of 4 truck docks, employee parking, access aisles, canopy approval, and construction administration. Peak's scope included client coordination, site design, permitting/approvals, and construction administration. The aerials show the new parking spaces, truck docks, access and pedestrian facilities which were added to enhance the buildings usefulness as a warehouse facility.
