This highly visible location at the intersection of Old Raleigh Road and the Apex Peakway was the perfect landing spot for the 5,000 SF Lake Pine Animal Hospital. The long-time Apex veterinary hospital relocated to the stand alone location in 2020 and will continue to serve the citizens (actually their pets) for years to come. Peak assisted Dr. Katz through the zoning, minor site plan, construction documents approvals as well as on-site inspections, as-builts and outside consultant coordination.
