Working with the Town of Apex for the extension of the Middle Creek sanitary sewer outfall, the Cash Corporate Interceptor is a critical project to support the decommissioning of multiple public pump stations. With the design and development of the Middle Creek Regional Pump Station within Horton Park and south of Cash Corporate Center, the Town’s vision for the sewer extension has taken shape. The extension of 5,600 LF of 12” and 16” gravity sewer mains from Horton Park to Pinnacle Park will support additional non-residential/light industrial development within the Town limits. Working with other design professionals, Peak coordinated the design, permitting, environmental design, and project approval through the Town reviews. The major infrastructure project should be available in 2024.
