A National automotive repair company was represented through the zoning, design, and construction administration by Peak employees and consultants. The industrial/retail site was developed meeting the requirements of Caliber Collision and the Town of Apex. The area is home to multiple automobile dealerships, retail establishments, apartment buildings, a Town of Apex park, Apex High School, and various single family residential developments and the design of the site was required to buffer the property while allowing visibility to the property for a retail establishment.
