Biogen

Biogen was looking to build a “signature building” on their RTP campus that would house meeting space, collaboration rooms, call center, support staff, cafeteria, workout facilities and other support needs. The result was Biogen Building 26, a LEED Gold 200,000 sq ft., five story, open air structure. In collaboration with the architect, O|Brien Atkins, and construction management team at RN Rouse, the project opened on-time and within budget. Peak’s knowledge of Biogen’s campus wide infrastructure allowed us to maneuver the design and construction team through the permitting and approval process with Wake County, the Town of Cary and Research Triangle Park Foundation.
