The project is located in western Apex along the New Hill Olive Chapel Road corridor. Peak was involved with the project from the initial due diligence and sketch plans through Zoning, Master Subdivision Plans, Construction Documents, Construction Administration and As-Built documents. Entitlements were obtained from the Town of Apex, NCDOT, US Army Corps of Engineers and NCDENR.
