Situated in downtown Apex, North Carolina, Apex Baptist Church and the revitalized downtown area have been starved for parking for years. Peak Engineering & Design was responsible for all site design and coordination with the Town of Apex on the project, including layouts, landscape design, grading, storm drainage and construction administration/inspections. The project opened in fall of 2014 just before the annual Christmas Tree Lighting, parade and Christmas-on-Salem celebrations where the new parking area was utilized by Apex residents.
