Peak Engineering & Design was responsible for the site configuration, utility design, landscape plan, NCDOT and City of Raleigh permitting and approvals. The one-half acre site presented many challenges with setbacks, landscape buffers, access and visibility. The 5,300 sq. ft. building is located at one of the busiest retail centers in the area – Crabtree Valley Mall. Peak also provided construction administration, utility certifications and contractor coordination during the project’s construction phase.
