Peak Engineering & Design assisted Wall Recycling through multiple site expansions at their Pristine Water Drive site. The 34-acre property is a major supplier of mulch for surrounding landscape companies while also processing construction debris, concrete, and other waste materials for construction reuse. Peak coordinated with Town staff for an expansion to the project including additional stormwater control measures, onsite landscaping upgrades, perimeter buffers, utility extensions for fire protection, paving of Pristine Water Drive, and various erosion control upgrades. Construction was not permitted to shut down the facility for any length of time so construction sequencing and owner coordination was critical to keep the facility operating to serve the surrounding communities.
