Vicious Fishes is a local micro-brewery which expanded into a fully renovated building on Old US 1 in Apex, NC. The site required coordination with the Town of Apex regarding zoning, site access, traffic signalization, landscaping, handicap accessibility, grading, stormwater runoff, and architectural standards. With expanded parking and the addition of Piranha Joe’s Coffee, the tasting room and outdoor gathering space have expanded the Vicious Fishes brand in the Friendship area to locals and visitors alike. Peak was excited to represent the property owners throughout zoning, site planning, engineering design, and construction. The site continues to be a smashing success as Vicious Fishes has continued to expand the brand into Fuquay-Varina and now the Town of Cary. Look for future VF locations as the owners continue to grow the company.
