Bradley Commons is an 18,000 SF vertically mixed use project adjacent to The Village of Apex, Bell Apex apartments, and Bradley Flooring & Paint. Peak Engineering & Design rezoned the property multiple times, provided various concept plans and site plans, and worked with staff to obtain approvals for the project.
