Historic Seagroves Farm: 

Peak Engineering & Design, PLLC’s office is located in the Historic Seagroves Farmhouse which was built in 1910, restored in 2008 and received its historic landmark designation in 2012 .  It originally served as the home of the Seagroves Family and their active farm.  The house and 5 of the barns have been restored to their original condition and was recognized by the North Carolina Historic Commission in 2012.  The farmhouse serves as the office for Peak Engineering & Design and Cotton Custom Homes.  Feel free to stop by to visit Peak and this impressive Apex landmark!
