Project Description

The 44 lot subdivision is adjacent to – and part of – the Middle Creek Greenway corridor. The project took advantage of the adjacent environmentally sensitive areas to provide views and greenway access to this natural area. The homes within the project provide move-in and move-up opportunities for families that desire to live in Apex with the high quality school system, numerous shopping and dining options, and proximity to high-tech employment. Peak provided all engineering scope from initial concept to final certification/release.
